Our RMS staff and students are absolutely crushing the "6, 7" trend! We've been having so much fun with this -- even our faculty are getting in on the action! It's incredible to see everyone laugh, make jokes, and connect outside of the classroom.
Who knew 6 and 7 could be so much fun?!

It was a beautiful day at Reese Elementary School to release a butterfly! Molly Brink and her mother, Jesse Brink, along with Vivian and Stephie Reinbold, raised a butterfly and the classes of Mrs. Redwanz and Mrs. C. Krieger were lucky enough to release it into the universe. The students were super excited as we watched  'Oakland' take his first flight. There is always something fun happening at RES!

It's Homecoming time again, and we want to send out a big congratulations to the 2025 RHS Homecoming Court! This year's Homecoming Court representatives are:

Freshman: Mia Schultz
Sophomore: Jesse Lynn Nowiski
Junior: Kylie Soper
Seniors: Emma Fisher, Braylee Rice, Brooklynn Spencer, Amalia Teddy, and Jaidyn Van Ochten

Come see the Court next Friday night (September 26) at the Homecoming game when the Queen will be crowned!

The Homecoming Court will also be representing their grades in different activities throughout our Homecoming week when we are paying homage to our beautiful home state through this year's theme of "All Around Michigan."

Our students will be participating in spirit days (planned by our RHS Student Council) each day next week:

Monday: Motor City Monday--Dress in any Detroit-based clothing (Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons, Ford, GM, Motown, etc.).

Tuesday: Celebrate the Great Lakes--Attire you would wear to any of Michigan's beautiful lakes or beaches.

Wednesday: Visit Sleeping Bear Dunes--It's a half day, so you might as well stay in your pajamas. Bring a stuffed animal if you want, too!

Thursday: Michigan Out-of-Doors--Gear up for an activity in Michigan's great outdoors. Hunting, hiking, skiing...we've got it all!

Friday: Mitten-made, Rocket-Raised--Wear your Reese Rockets wear and support your school as we try to take out Marlette in the Homecoming game!
