Reese 6–12 students recently had the opportunity to hear from former University of Michigan football player, Will Heininger, during a special Mental Health Awareness Assembly- brought to life by our Peer 2 Peer Connect Club through a U of M grant! At Reese Middle/High School, student well-being is a top priority. Every student is connected with a “trusted adult” who is SafeTALK and/or ASIST trained, ensuring support is always close by. Mrs. Burnham also has a QR code on her door that students can scan if they ever need someone to talk to. Peer 2 Peer Connect members are also here to support classmates - because no one should ever feel alone. And all students have access to resources like the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and OK2SAY to report concerns for themselves or others. #RocketsSoarTogether #MentalHealthMatters

Mrs. Wolschleger's middle school students put their math skills to the test - using bubbles! 🫧 They explored the concept of pi by calculating the circumference of real-life circles, making hands-on learning both fun and memorable. Who knew geometry could pop like this? #Proud2BaRocket #PieceOfPi

At Reese Public Schools, we believe that every mind brings something valuable to the table. On #WorldAutismAwarenessDay, we celebrate the many ways our students, staff, and families experience and understand the world around them. The infinity symbol, embraced by the neurodivergent community, represents the endless diversity of thought, ability, and expression. It’s a reminder that there’s no single path to learning - and that every path is worth honoring. We’re proud to be a school where differences are recognized as strengths. Today and every day, we celebrate neurodiversity and the individuals who make our Rocket community soar. 🚀 #RocketsSoarTogether
