Monday, April 6

To date, Reese Public Schools has used seven (7) snow days this school year. The State of Michigan allows districts six (6) forgiven days for weather-related closures. Because we have now exceeded that number, we are required to utilize our built-in make-up day. As a result, school will now be in session on Monday, April 6, which was originally scheduled as a non-instructional day.

Rocket Food Pantry

We’re excited to launch a new resource to support Reese students and families and we’re gathering items daily.

We are in need of: Soups, frozen pizza, bread and granola bars.

*The free pizza drawing was held St. Patrick's Day, and the winners enjoyed their donated large pizzas from Pompei: Avree Goodrow & Jakob Kleinert! & an anoymous donor bought the remaining 7 pizzas as well: Alivia, Colton, Kolton, Keegan, Owen, Morgan and Jesse Lynn!

Please drop off your items to our MS/HS office! Watch expiration dates--no expired items.

Thank you: Cranes L&M Appliances for the refrigerator, Sarah and Nick Costello, Cele Thompson, Reese Campus Life, Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies (MFBFoC) and Michigan Farm Bureau Agent Charitable Fund (ACF) Agents for Change Grant, Knights of Columbus Vassar, Zimmer Family, Farm Bureau Rob & Linda Pike, Modern Woodman-Sarah Costello, Patty Gaudett in honor of her husband, and several Reese Love donations. Special thanks to Caro's Tiger Den as the inspiration!
